Spring has arrived and so has Wild Alaskan Halibut from the Gulf of Alaska. We leverage over 75 years of experience to hand pick, cut and exclusively provide multiple preparations of halibut throughout the season, utilizing every part of the fish.
Spot prawns are a rarity and a delicacy. They're a true California treasure and best enjoyed straight from the water. And that's exactly what we do. At Water Grill, we fill our saltwater tanks with live spot prawns and prepare them to order.
This space is just steps away from the Main Bar, and our famous ocean views. It is home to our red wines of the world, and furnished with a 20 foot long table- fit for a king!
