As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, we look forward to the comfort that fall brings – and, a cocktail to go with the changing of seasons. If you feel the same way, our September Bartender’s Special is the perfect end-of-season cocktail to add to your list.
Barrel’ly’ Aged combines the oaky sweetness of bourbon with the brightness of citrus. Flavors of vanilla bean, complimented with the smoky complexity of barrel-aged bourbon, are reminiscent of the sweet, cozy and robust flavors of autumn. The bright sweetness of pineapple and lime juice, on the other hand, reminds us that it’s not quite the fall equinox just yet.
