We’re hosting Thanksgiving this year! Gather with us on Thursday, November 28. Our special three-course Thanksgiving menu will be available all day, in addition to our full menu.
Florida Stone Crabs are harvested from the waters of Southern Florida - one claw at a time. A renewable resource from the water, Florida Stone Crabs will regenerate a removed claw, a process that takes about a year.
The season just opened up, and these special lobsters can now be found swimming in our live saltwater tanks. California Spiny Lobsters are an all-time favorite for seafood lovers. Come be one of the first to enjoy them as part of our first of season program at Water Grill.
Wild Columbia River King Salmon has returned to Water Grill! Admired for its marbling, this salmon builds fat reserves as it travels up one of the longest rivers in North America.
The season's first catch of Wild Maryland Softshell Crab has arrived from the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland! They're making their West Coast debut at Water Grill.
Wild Alaskan Halibut is arriving from the Gulf of Alaska. We leverage over 75 years of experience to hand pick, cut and exclusively provide multiple preparations of halibut throughout the season, utilizing every part of the fish.
Spot prawns are a rarity and a delicacy. They're a true California treasure and best enjoyed straight from the water. And that's exactly what we do. At Water Grill, we fill our saltwater tanks with live spot prawns and prepare them to order.
Southern California waters are getting warmer and schools of Bluefin Tuna have returned! Come celebrate the start of summer and return of this special fish.
