We're participating in the Bellevue Crab Week! Come down to Lincoln Square and dine with us at to enjoy some of the best the ocean has to offer, including a locally-sourced specialty in Wild Washington Dungeness Crab, or an East Coast favorite like Wild Maryland Soft Shell Crab

Crab Week marks the perfect occasion to try a new addition to our menu: Soft Shell Crab Curry. Wild Maryland soft shell crab meets the bold flavors of Thailand in a dish that celebrates the crab's sweet, briny and slightly nutty notes.

Dungeness Crab from Raw Bar Water Grill Seafood

When they're in season, Dungeness Crabs are a fixture in our live saltwater tanks. Known for their mildly sweet and firm but delicate texture, these crabs have been commercially harvested since 1848.  Although they're named from where they can be found in the Pacific Northwest, these crabs are fished by crab pot all over the west coast of North America--from Alaska's Aleutian Islands down to Santa Barbara, California.

The Standing Room Craft Cocktail

If you’re looking for a cocktail that balances tropical flavors with a rich espresso kick, look no further than the Standing Room. This drink is a refreshing escape, featuring rum and pineapple juice uplifted by hints of hazelnut and espresso, making it a standout choice for any occasion.

Ingredients

The cocktail combines light rum and sweet pineapple juice with a splash of lime, enriched by the chocolate notes of Crème de Cocoa, chilled espresso, and the nutty warmth of hazelnut syrup.

Presentation

The visual appearance begins with the swizzling, which creates and blends the flavors together. The vibrant yellow of the pineapple juice mingles beautifully with the cream-colored house made hazelnut syrup. Topping it off, a rich float of espresso contrasts strikingly against the lighter hues, adding depth to the drink. Finally, the dehydrated orange garnish adds an elegant touch and a pop of color.
